We can't argue the benefits of having an in-house paraplanner and maybe you already have one. We also know the costs associated with employing a paraplanner, not just the recruitment fees and paraplanners annual salary but all of the associated costs such as pension and National Insurance contributions, holidays/sick pay, other benefits etc. This is still a cost to you even during less busy times.

Adaptare operate on a pay-as-you go basis so you always know the fees ahead and you only pay for the work completed. We can carry out as much of the paraplanning you need or compliment what you already have in place.
