Hello, I'm Maria Evans, Director and Founder of Adaptare Ltd....

I embarked on my journey in the Financial Services industry back in the late '90s. Over the years, I've gained invaluable experience working with both directly authorised and restricted adviser firms. My time at one of the UK's top Pension Provider allowed me to serve a panel of adviser accounts successfully by understanding each of their business needs and what was important to them. My experience in the industry has given me a diverse understanding about pensions schemes and products and how they operate from the old to the new.

I'm a natural problem solver, always seeking ways to do things better and find solutions to industry changes with minimal impact on an adviser's processes. My mission is to keep advisers' processes as straightforward as possible because that means your clients will have the best experience when dealing with you.

Supported by a talented team with years of expertise in personal taxation, IHT planning, compliance, AI, and technology tools, Adaptare stands as the ideal support solution that I am incredibly proud of.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors, whether I'm walking or cycling with my partner Paul or spending time in the garden. I also cherish the moments spent with my grandson, who shares my love for gardening—though his favourite part is bringing me the worms. I'm hoping my new baby granddaughter will follow in our footsteps!
